:: CURRENT ::

• The CENTURY CLUB LP is available.

• SLURRY BOMBERS EP released!

• 'Spouses of the Lowly' now available. Get a free MP3
and preview it all at bandcamp, or on iTunes.

• Not one but TWO new 8 song recordings complete.
First up is 'Rock And Roll', a down and dirty recorded
quickly to tape homage to 50's/60's rock. The studio
heads to Colorado, so the summer will be settling in.

• Remixed/Remastered the Sunday Driver record 'Start'.
This was a favorite record of mine and I'd been meaning to get
to this project for the last 5 years or so (!). We recorded it all live
in one big room above a garage owned by Matt Jencik (of Hurl)'s
mom's house. Recorded by Dan Wilson, also of Hurl. Ah, sweet
bleed, how to tame thee?

• Narrowing down tracks for the new record. It is called
'Spouses Of The Lowly'. I'd love to do some vinyl, but
money is of course an issue.

• Recieved the new Presonus Studio One & FireStudio
mobile for review purposes for The Deli Magazine. I'll be
happy as a clam if this new interface replaces Pro Tools for me.

• Signed up for the RPM CHALLENGE, whereby an
album is written, recorded and finished within the month of
February. I've been on tour and only have a week to go (gulp),
but read about my solution for getting it accomplished over here.

Rich Bennett is currently mixed and is mastering his release in Boston.

• Shot & edited Drummer In A Snuggie.

• Basic tracks cut to tape for The Annihilation.

:: NEWEST STUFF ::

• Wrote and recorded a holiday song called 'The Big Red Man' - right click to download. Watch the video here.

• Finished Digitizing & Remastering MC Double M.

• Shot in rural Spain, edited and uploaded a video for the song 'From A Paper Lampshade'.

• In addition to having my song "Take It On The Chin" featured on the upcoming Brooklyn Songwriter's Exchange CD, I've also designed the cover art and sequencing/compiling in coordination the tracks with the great singer Rebecca Pronsky. And it looks like this...

• Twice As Bright has a covers album completed - get it FREE here.

• The new bS instrumental electronic album is finished - download it all for FREE here.

:: LICENSING, FILM/TV & WEB ::

Flying Penguin Pictures is using not one, not two, but
four songs in their new film 'The Flying Scissors', including
'Happy' as the main title theme. The soundtrack also features
Stereolab, The Dandy Warhols, and others.

• A song from the bS electronica album is the score for this Facebook ad
for the New York Institute for Technology.

• The song 'Season: Spring' is the music bed for the Guided Relaxation and
Clearing the Mind audio at the Dementia Care Central website.

• '2 Fingers Crossed' is now the theme song for the quite funny web show 'Captain Alpha Male'. Big thanks to old Brooklyn musical friend Marcus Smith for hooking the producers of the show up with the tunes.

• Actor, director and friend Jeff Sutton has two short films out, one featuring 'Someone's Calling Elvis' and the other featuring an original score by me. Check his films out over at his site.
